Welcome to our neighborhood!

We are a community of 24 townhouses in a small, two-loop neighborhood.  Most homes are 2-3 bedroom, two-story units with 2-car garages, in groups of 2-3 units per building. Our neighborhood is tucked into a woodsy section of 148th Ave NE, yet just minutes from three major freeways (I-405, I-90, and SR-520).

Schools

Our community is served by the desirable Bellevue School District, with Lake Hills Elementary, Odle Middle School, and Sammamish High School. Odle and Sammamish are both within walking distance of our neighborhood.

Recreation

Access to the Larsen Lake trail and blueberry farm begins at Odle.  Begin on Main street or Odle (pedestrian access via the neighborhood on 5th St).  Proceed south through Sammamish High's sports field.  Curve around to the east, soon you reach 148th Ave.  Cross at the crosswalk and you are at Larsen Lake and the blueberry farm!

Shopping

The Crossroads Mall is within a mile of our neighborhood. Notable stores in this shopping area include QFC, Bed Bath and Beyond, as well as a movie theater, public library, and nightly community events.

The Kelsey Creek shopping center is a short walk from the neighborhood and has recently been revitalized with new stores and new buildings. LA Fitness and Walmart Neighborhood Market consume the old Kmart building, while a variety of restaurants and other service venues line the strip mall and the new buildings. Starbucks runs a very popular drive-thru from this area as well.

Downtown Bellevue offers many upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. The multi-story Bellevue Square Mall is sure to pull you in, while Lincoln Square Cinemas and Lucky Strike bowling club are just a skywalk away.

Additionally, a drive northeast on SR-520 gets you to Redmond Town Center, another shopping center with Home Depot, Target, Kohls, and more.

The Factoria Mall is just a short drive south, on the other side of I-90.
